Great John Street Hotel – Sasha + Nick – Manchester Wedding

Sasha + Nick’s Manchester Great John Street Hotel Wedding was held back in September.

Sasha + Nick love city life so there was no other place they wanted to celebrate other than central Manchester.  When we first met with Sasha + Nick we knew their wedding day was going to be a relaxed, informal affair. Nick’s love for his BBQ food (yes he has many Weber BBQ’s.  This made him and Paul talk for hours before the wedding), Sasha’s love for cocktails mixed with their love of New York (where they were engaged) created their wonderful day.  They had always dreamed of a roof top terrace and when they went to look at Great John Street Hotel Wedding  it offered everything they wanted!

Other than his BBQ’s and Sasha Nick has another love in his life.  His Lambretta scooter.  He wanted the scooter to be a part of the day but sadly it wasn’t road worthy.   So in the weeks leading up to the wedding Nick worked hard to restore this wonderful scooter and it made a star appearance at the wedding.  It is also possibly going to cost us a small fortune too as Kelly has now set her heart on getting one of these (Thanks Nick 🙂 )

After a feast of BBQ and a tonne of cocktails on the roof terrace we took Nick and Sasha out onto the streets of Manchester where we did some night portraits.  We absolutely love these and we had such a laugh too.  We headed back onto the roof terrace where the room had been transformed into a New York style speakeasy bar.  Before the crazy dancing commenced Nick and Sasha were entertained by Sam Fitton who is one hell of a great magician.

Everyone and we mean everyone danced into the night.

Thank you to Nick and Sasha for having us along to your wedding.  We had such an amazing time and we want to say a MASSIVE congratulations as Sasha + Nick have recently found out they are having a baby!  WOOOPPPP WOOOOOPPP.
