We were recently asked by our lovely and talented friend to take some Product Photography Yorkshire images of her creations for her website on Not On The High Street. We have worked alongside Kate before. Not only is she our friend but she is an amazing artist. She creates the most beautiful pieces of art. Kate started her first business shortly after her second child was born and ‘Paint My Dreams’ became Kate’s business. Paint My Dreams is mainly for children’s wear/items and Kate soon realised she wanted to create more art. Her next step was into the wedding world. This is where she started up Sadie Sadie.
Wedding Leather Jackets
Kate has designed a number of wedding leather jackets you can buy direct from her. If, however, you would like to get hands on and create your own masterpiece Kate has created a DIY box with easy instructions so you can paint your very own jacket. Cool hey? Sadie Sadie creates wearable art to be treasured long after the big day!
My time working in the fashion industry for a leather wear supplier has given me a great understanding and appreciation of the material. It is durable, wearable and makes for the perfect artist’s canvas, complementing the floral designs which “soften” the leather which in turn gives the painted flowers an edge.
