Yorkshire Wedding Barn
Next up on the blog is the lovely Tamsyn + Rob’s Wedding at the Yorkshire Wedding Barn.
We have shot a wedding previously at The Yorkshire Wedding Barn last December for Alex + Matt (you can see their wedding here – www.lovemydress.net/blog/2018/06/maggie-sottero-elegant-winter-barn-wedding.html ) and fell in love with the place. It is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need. There are two barns, a great big kitchen, acres of gorgeous greenery and lots of cute cottages for your guests to stay around the barn area.
Rainy Wedding Day
It was a wet, wet, WET start to the day as we took the drive from West Yorkshire to North Yorkshire. Tamsyn and the girls were excitedly getting ready in the gorgeous bridal room while Rob and the other boys got ready in a cottage on the gorgeous estate. After a morning of drinking, giggles and fun everyone headed to the barn to see these guys get married. The ceremony room was decorated beautifully by our amazing Florist Friend Lynne at Stems Design. She even made Rolo the dog a flower crown!
Once the ceremony was conducted and these guys were officially married everyone headed out onto the terrace. The amazing canapés were served by our friends at GFS Catering and everyone tucked into their delights. The rain continued so everyone headed either for the bar or onto the terrace where the heaters were keeping everyone nice and cosy. When it was time to sit down for the meal all the guests headed to the next barn to sit foe the amazing BBQ wedding breakfast before the speeches.
Again, BRIDES SPEECH! High Five Tamsyn on your speech it was absolutely wonderful. After the speeches ended it was time to reveal the donut wall and that amazing cake table. It was also time for the amazing guys at Duke Pizza to set up their truck and dish out some mouth watering pizzas. As you will all know, we are massive pizza lovers and have tried many. We have to say Dukes Pizza dishes out the most delicious pizzas and we can highly recommend these guys.
After we ate the guests ate a tonne of pizza everyone headed to the dancefloor where they partied until we left and beyond.
