HOLLY + NICK

Holly and Nick’s Capesthorne Hall Wedding was held back in June. It was an amazing day.

After an early start and a McDonalds breakfast we headed over the Yorkshire border to meet Holly and Nick in Cheshire. Kelly headed off to the amazing mens salon Pascha where she took pictures of Nick having a Turkish shave, having his ears set on fire and watching him nearly cry after having lemon stuff thrown on his face (sorry Nick I know I said that I wouldn’t tell). Paul headed off to meet Holly and the girls at her mums home.

The church was a gorgeous! Nestled in the heart of a quaint Cheshire village and the most beautiful setting for a wedding, not only was the church beautiful but the vicar leading the ceremony was amazing! He let us have free reign and we could move in most places to shoot the emotions of Holly, Nick and their family and friends. Something that doesn’t always happen in churches of late and we are so pleased that we were allowed to do this.

Holly wins a big gold sticker from us. She was an over an hour late to the ceremony…BUT….boy was she worth waiting for. She looked absolutely stunning in her Benjamin Roberts wedding dress. Her very proud brother walked her up the aisle to an emotional and happy Nick all watched by their cute dog Monty from the back of the church.

After the church ceremony we headed to Capesthorne Hall. We drove up the drive to Capesthorne Hall and WOW!! This place looks like Batman’s crib or something!!. It’s grand, spectacular, breathtaking and spooky. We managed to dash off with Holly and Nick before the guests arrived on the vintage bus. This gave us time to have a few portraits shots before the canopes were served.

After canopes and champagne on the terrace everyone headed into the Queen Anne room for the wedding breakfast which looks incredible and to listen to the speeches.

Holly + Nick had a surprise in store for their first dance. They had been attending dancing lessons weeks before and had a fantastic choreographed dance to the surprise of all their guests. They looked like contestants from Strictly come Dancing and their guests loved it.
