North Yorkshire Wedding Photographer

When Charlotte + Alex chose us to be their North Yorkshire Wedding Photographer we were delighted. We have shot a few times at The Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey and we love the place. The best couples book the barn. In the three weddings we have shot at The Tithe Barn all currently live in London but they have chosen the rolling Yorkshire Dales to get married.

In the morning Kel headed off to groom prep at Hotel Du Vin in Harrogate to meet Alex and all his groomsmen. Paul headed to Charlotte’s family home in the centre of Harrogate. The groom prep and bride prep were the same vibe. Everyone was happy, smiling, drinking, chilled and just having a really bloody great time.

The Tithe Barn at Bolton Abbey

After everyone was ready we all headed to Bolton Abbey for the wedding ceremony. People poured off the coaches to admire the stunning view of the Bolton Abbey estate before taking their seats in the stunning barn venue.

Charlotte arrived to the ceremony in a gorgeous 1970 Buick Skylark before walking the aisle to a very proud Alex.

After the ceremony Charlotte and Alex took a cruise in the Skylark towards Barden with us and videographer Jayson (hanging out of our car boot whilst filming them no less) to take some images of C+A and the gorgeous car. Cars beeped and people cheered as they drove past and we had a right good old giggle.

We headed back into the barn where everyone took their seats and feasted on the amazing food from the Tithe Barn. We have said this before and we will say it again. The food at The Tithe Barn is amazing!

Yorkshire Wedding

After the food was demolished we took C+A for a stroll towards the Abbey for more photographs before we headed back to the barn to hear the great sounds of the New York Brass Band. This was followed by some amazing tunes from Wedding Jam. Everyone enjoyed the brass playing and old skool hip hop and lots of sweaty bodies were still on the dance floor as we left.
