Registry Office Wedding to Country Barn Wedding
From intimate registry office ceremony and London Boozer reception to beautiful traditional Cotswolds Stone Barn wedding with a Chinese tea ceremony. These guys had it all!! And what a couple of days we had with them. E+R were victims of BoJo and his lovely rules so delayed their wedding in 2020. Those rules were set to interrupt the day again but rather than delay again, they were set on getting married in 2021.
Cotswolds Wedding Photographer
On the reorganised date they held an intimate ceremony and broadcast the ceremony to loved ones stuck in Austria and Singapore. Afterwards, the drinks reception was in a pub in Chiswick, London (You can see their London Wedding here) and held back the big Cotswolds barn celebrations for 2022.
Wedding at Bowcliffe Hall
We first met E+R at another beautiful Yorkshire country wedding which you can see here Bowcliffe Hall Wedding. We were over the moon when they booked us to shoot their wedding. Because we have had two dates with Emily and Rob we have gotten to know them a little more than most other couples we have shot and this means we have become good friends and we’re delighted about that.
Wedding Photography at Stone Barn
The Stone Barn is a venue we have been excited to shoot at for a while. It’s part of the amazing Cripps Company. We love shooting at all the Cripps Wedding Venues. They are always stunning locations, well organised and the food is always out of this world!
Handfasting Humanist Ceremony & Chinese Tea Ceremony
On the day there were two ceremonies. A handfasting humanist ceremony and a traditional Chinese tea ceremony. The wedding ceremonies took place before everyone headed out into the heatwave, and chilled in the shade of the trees before heading back into the beautiful wedding barn to feast on the amazing food that Cripps and Co always create.
Golden Hour Wedding Photographs
As the sun dropped for golden hour (we’ve been blessed with sun in 2022) we headed out into the surrounding fields with E+R for a bit of a portrait shoot amongst the wheat and next to a big pile of crap (literally) and whilst shooting them both we had a tonne of laughs.
Ceilidh Wedding
With the sun below the horizon it was time to get the Scottish dancing shoes on and do a bit of Stripping (The Willow) to the sounds of the Ceilidh band. Yep that’s right we have had a real fusion with this one with Scottish, Chinese, London and the Cotswolds! Awesome!!
E+R thank you are both amazing. We know how disappointed you were when you had to delay your wedding but it really was worth the wait. Thank you for sharing the best bacon sandwiches ever at the end of the night with us and for being absolutely wonderful since the day you booked us. Friends for life!
